The WilloW consists of curated by TWW, collaborated with TWW, and venue rental at TWW program.
The WilloW is open to various creative projects and collaboration proposals. Not only art exhibitions and performances that match the vision of The WilloW, but also commercial uses related to the arts are available.
The storage, where The WilloW is located, was established in 1955 and is a 69-year-old space. With respect for the long history of its time and space, we would like to avoid all behaviors that can transform or damage the space.

For venue rental for non-profit purposes, there is a regular application period at the beginning of each year(enforced from 2025). It will be announced via email newsletters and Instagram. All inquiries will be reviewed internally to ensure that the direction of the proposal matches the vision of The WilloW.

더 윌로는 다양한 크리에이티브 프로젝트 및 협업 제안에 열려있습니다. 공간의 성격에 부합하는 비영리 예술 전시뿐 아니라 예술과 관련된 상업적 목적의 사용도 가능합니다.
더 윌로가 위치한 창고 건물은 1955년 설립되어 69년의 시간을 머금은 공간입니다. 공간이 지닌 긴 시간성과 장소성을 존중하는 마음으로, 공간을 크게 변형하거나 훼손할 수 있는 행위는 지양하고 있습니다.
예술과 관련된 상업적 목적의 프로젝트 및 협업 제안은 아래 이메일로 보내주시면 검토 후 회신드리겠습니다. 제안을 검토하고 회신하는 데에는 영업일 기준 최소 3일 이상 소요될 수 있습니다.

비영리 목적의 대관은 매년 초 정기대관 신청 기간에 받고 있습니다(2025년부터 시행). 해당 기간에 이메일 뉴스레터 및 인스타그램을 통해 공지할 예정입니다. 모든 제안은 공간의 방향성에 부합하는지 여부와 전체적인 타임라인상 균형을 고려하는 내부 검토 후 확정됩니다.
- Given the narrow entrance and stairs, it's crucial to check the size of large-scale works in advance. We strongly advise planning these works in a manner that allows for separation and reassembly, ensuring they can be accommodated within the building's limitations.
- There are no elevators, and it is not easy to use a ladder truck.
- For building preservation, making a hole in the wall, ceiling, and floor is NOT allowed. Pre-meeting for installation is REQUIRED.
- 공간으로 들어오는 입구와 계단이 좁습니다. 대형 작품을 전시하는 경우 미리 사이즈 확인을 부탁드리며, 분리 및 재조립이 가능한 형태로 제작을 권장합니다.
- 건물 내 엘리베이터가 부재하며, 주변 시장의 구조상 사다리차 사용이 용이하지 않습니다.
- 건물의 보존 차원에서 벽면, 천장, 바닥의 타공은 불가합니다. 기존의 구조물(천장 고리 등)을 활용해 설치하는 것은 가능하나, 모든 설치 계획은 반드시 사전 협의가 필요합니다.
